- For Individual, Joint, or Sole Proprietorship
- For Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, Trusts & Pension Plans
- Supplemental Risk Disclosure - This form needs to be completed and signed by anyone opening a new account that is either retired or over 65, has not futures or futures options trading experience, or has a low financial situation.
- Privacy Policy - Review and keep a copy of FuturesOne's privacy policy regarding customer accounts.
